Your orders will be shipped using Post Office(Standard)、USPS、Fedex or DHL (Express)
About the shipping cost, Different countries and regions have different charging standards. The detailed fees will be withdrawn on the page where you purchase the product. Please choose the transportation method that best suits you.
- Order Handing Time:
Handling time for orders with in-stock items is 3 – 5 business days.Delivery time varies by destination. It might also be prolonged upon special request of customization.Normally it takes about 5-20 business days.Orders which are placed during weekend or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.During the transportation process, if there are force majeure factors, such as flight crashes, bad weather, etc., it may take longer. - Customs Duty/Tax Charges
All our products are shipped from our warehouse and declared at the lowest price possible so that users do not need to pay customs fees. However, each country’s policies are different. We cannot ensure that every order is 100% free of charges. If you are notified that you need to bear customs and import fees when the package arrives at the destination country/region. We will not be responsible for any customs and import fees charged.
Since tariffs vary by country, customs and import fees may vary based on your shipping address. Please check your country’s regulations to calculate fees.
If your package is returned for unpaid duties, you have the option of reshipping (and paying shipping again) or canceling the entire order. For the latter option, we can refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs).
- Other Notices:
Once an order is placed there is no promise that we will be able to update your order in time. Orders are processed once they are placed. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we will not be able to refund that order.
During our Black Friday sale please allow us SEVERAL business days for your package to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to get as many packages shipped per day but due to high order volume there may be delays. If an order has a sold out item your order maybe be short shipped and the sold out item refunded. We may reach out for you to update the item depending on the order, so keep an eye on your emails.
