Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS Policy:
While we wish every customer to be satisfied with the product they receive,but if you really need to return products,We still accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 15 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You can contact us directly if you need to run return items.We will give you steps to deal with.
Clearance items don’t supply Return and Exchange, anything else labeled Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. All products must have the original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging. Make sure you have the order number or the email confirmation sent after an order is placed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 3 days since the return label was issued. Start by visiting our Returns Center. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Please Note: Clearance Items and Flash Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. In case that the return product is not a damaged or defective item and/or because of personal reasons/preferences, we will deduct the original shipping fee and 10% re-stocking fee from the refund payment.
We guarantees against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from our website, please contact us via email and send us the photos for check.
Please make sure your return request be allowed after contact,so that you can do right way for your return and get refund without any problem.
EXCHANGES Policy:
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the new items you want, and then contact our customer service at Click Contact US to get a return authorization to send the item back to us as a return. When you contact customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
